Once emigrated, you no longer need to pay tax on your world-wide earnings in South Africa.
3-6 Months
To complete your registration, we kindly ask you to submit the following documents
Compulsory upon company formation to comply with the Companies Act and keep company records up to date.
Step 2
Documents Required
- Tax residence Certificates
- Rental agreement in Foreign country/proof of address not older than 3 months
- List of assets at the time of moving to foreign country
- List of assets and liabilities after moving to foreign country
- Foreign Visa/Residence card (Proof of reason for entrance in country)
- Confirmation of arrival in the foreign country (Flight tickets and passport exit and entry stamps)
- Full scanned copies of the pages in your SA passport (Entire SA passport)
- Certified copy of your SA ID or your SA passport
- If you are a qualified professional recognised in a foreign country, please send proof thereof
- Any invoices that prove you have settled, gym fees, telephone invoices
- South African citizenship exemption certificate
- If money was taken out of the country. Please provide support
- Please provide employment status. If employed, please provide supporting documentation
- Please provide the whereabouts of siblings and parents on the time of emigration
- Please provide a travel guide
