Keep your company compliant with SARS
Every company registered with SARS must submit an income tax return (ITR14) every year, even if it didn’t trade. We prepare and submit your company’s return based on its annual financial statements, check it against your SARS account and deal with any follow-up queries, so your company stays compliant.

What is an ITR14?
The ITR14 is the annual income tax return for companies and close corporations in South Africa. It reports your company’s income, expenses and taxable profit for the financial year, and is based on its signed annual financial statements. Companies are taxed at 27%, and qualifying small business corporations may pay less.
When is it due?
Every company registered for income tax must file, every year.
Within 12 months of your financial year-end
Every year, even if the company is dormant
Alongside your provisional tax payments
Before you apply for tax clearance
How the process works
From financial statements to SARS submission.
1. Financial statements
Your signed annual financial statements are finalised
2. Tax computation
We work out the taxable income and complete the ITR14
3. Submission
We submit to SARS and handle any verification requests
Why it matters
Late or missing company returns can lead to administrative penalties and interest, and SARS may block your tax compliance status. Without a valid tax compliance status PIN, you can lose out on tenders, contracts and bank finance.
