SARS Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Registrations
Pay As You Earn (PAYE) is the system SARS uses to collect income tax from employees at source. As an employer, you are legally required to deduct PAYE from your employees’ salaries each month and pay it over to SARS by the 7th of the following month.
PAYE registration is mandatory as soon as you employ anyone who earns above the annual tax threshold (R95,750 for the 2025/26 tax year for employees under 65).
We register your business for PAYE (and SDL where applicable) with SARS. This includes submitting your EMP101 form, registering your directors, and ensuring your payroll reference number is active before your first pay run.
